We build injection molds in China for export to your factory—not just for molding parts on our floor. Tooling is engineered around your press, resin, mold-base standard and destination-country requirements, then test-molded, documented and shipped ready for production.
01 Built to your standard
DME, HASCO, LKM or customer-specified components; metric or imperial interfaces; agreed hot-runner, gate and ejector layouts; water and electrical connections matched to your plant.
02 Verified before shipment
Dimensional checks, mold trials with your resin, sample parts and trial reports included. Design revisions are completed before the tool leaves our shop.
03 Export-ready delivery
Crated tooling with lifting points, mold locks and wear spares where specified. We coordinate export packing, shipping and customs documentation to your door or nominated forwarder.
Customer-owned tooling
Customer-funded export molds remain customer-owned under the agreed purchase terms. Ownership, storage, maintenance and transfer conditions are documented in the quotation and order.
