FLAME RETARDANT NYLON
Flame-retardant nylon can be divided into halogen-free flame-retardant nylon and glass fiber reinforced flame-retardant nylon. Among them, halogen-free flame-retardant nylon is widely used as red phosphorus and melamine salts. Halogen-free flame-retardant nylon products have excellent flame-retardant properties, and the flame-retardant level reaches UL94V0. They have high impact strength, excellent electrical performance and heat resistance, and are environmentally friendly, and suitable for electrical connectors. 。 The flame retardancy of the composites was improved by adding bromine flame retardants or halogen-free flame retardants which met the European ROHS standard. Glass fiber reinforced flame retardant nylon materials with different contents of glass fiber and mineral powder reinforced filling nylon materials, mainly including glass fiber reinforced filling PA6 and glass fiber reinforced filling PA66, have high strength, high toughness, high heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good dimensional stability and forming process. It can be moulded by injection, moulding and extrusion. It is widely used in automobile radiator grille, engine parts, transformer coil skeleton, electric tool shell, sports car, mechanical parts and so on.
